MOBİL PAKETLEME MAKİNESİ
Mobil paketleme tesisleri, firmamızca özel olarak tasarlanan özel tartım ünitesi sayesinde seri ve hatasız ürün paketlemesine olanak vermektedir. Tesisimiz; 1 Adet konteynır tipi tartım ünitesi, 1 Adet konteynır tipi torbalama ve dikiş ünitesi, kamyon yükleme bandı, 1 Adet mal besleme bandı, 1 Adet besleme bunkerlerinden oluşmaktadır.
Mobil Paketleme Makinesinin üst bunkeri, konveyör ile gelecek olan emtia ile beslenmektedir. Bunkerin dolması ile otomatik olarak beslenme konveyörü stop eder. Mobil Paketleme makinesi 4 adet tartım ünitesi ile saatte maksimum 120 Ton/Saat tartım hızına ulaşmaktadır. Paketleme hızı zaman saatleri ile ayarlanabilir. Her tartılan çuval numaratöre kaydedilmektedir. Çuval takma ve dikiş makinesi beslemesi manüel olarak yapılmaktadır.

MOBILE PACKING PLANTS
Mobile packing plants,has the opportunity of swift and perfect packing with special designed weighing units. The packing plant is consist of a container type weighing unit, a container type bagging and sewing unit, track loading conveyor, a product feding conveyor and feeding hopper.
The up hopper of the plant is feeded by the product coming from the product feding conveyor. When the hopper is full, the product feding conveyor stops automatically. The machine has the capacity of 120 t/h with four weighing mechanism. The speed of the packing can be adjusted with the time relays. Each bagged product is registered by the counter.
